In early 2020, I worked freelance with the London team at ClassPass, supporting design output during a period of rapid growth across the city.
During this expansion across London studio partnerships, I contributed to promotional assets across social and digital channels to support launch activity and drive sign-ups. My role focused on creating static and motion content for Instagram, ensuring all visuals aligned with the brand’s bold, energetic identity while remaining clear and conversion-focused.
As the UK entered the early stages of Covid-19 and the national “Stay at home” lockdown order was introduced, priorities quickly shifted. I produced awareness and informational Instagram Story assets that responded to government guidance, helping communicate changes in service while maintaining clarity and sensitivity. The work required agility and close collaboration with the in-house team to ensure brand consistency during a rapidly evolving situation.
Working alongside other designers, I contributed to a cohesive rollout of campaign and social content during a pivotal moment for both the brand and the wider industry.
